The Village of Richfield Springs is seeking proposals from qualified design and engineering firms to lead the revitalization of Spring Park, an historically significant space located in the heart of Richfield Springs, New York. This project is part of the village’s New York Forward award and is located at 167 Main Street, Richfield Springs.
